A better coffee experience

If only there was an independent coffee roaster or cafe on every other corner here in Seattle, Starbucks would be no more. Once you drink a perfectly poured traditional cappucino from Victrola, a beautifuly artistic latte from Caffe Vita, a perfectly pulled espresso from Vivace or a intense french press from Stumptown, nothing Starbucks will ever produce can be good enough. They only get you because they are on every street corner and in every mall and trust me the 2 minutes you save due to their push button operation isn’t worth it. All one needs to do is take a moment to pause next time the urge for coffee hits, look around and try your hardest to find an independent. Your taste buds will thank you.

It's been awhile.

This is why I don't blog...too much stuff, not that many people to tell. If you care what I'm doing, more than likely I've told you. So I need to start writing about something other than what I'm doing, my dogs, my life, etc. I need to write about something else. Restaurants? Spices? Wine? Advertising? Design? Flip Flops? I don't know, it'll come to me. and when it does I'll have something else not to blog about. whatever ;)
